1. Queen Mary Park is a neighbourhood in the northwest of the City of Edmonton, Alberta, bounded to the north by 111 Avenue, to the south by 105 Avenue, to the west by 121 Street, and to the east by 109 Street. Located just outside the city's downtown business district, this established and mainly residential neighbourhood occupies land that was once part of the Hudson's Bay Company reserve.
2. The neighbourhood is named after Mary of Teck, grandmother of Elizabeth II, who was known for her work with charities and hospitals during World War II. Established in 1886, the Edmonton Cemetery on 107 Avenue is the resting place of more than 600 war veterans in the Military Field of Honour, and of many Edmonton pioneers. The community is represented by the Queen Mary Park Community League, established in 1952, which maintains a community hall located at 117 Street and 108 Avenue.
