Rated 4 out of 5 by from i am disappointed that a comprehensive owners manual is not included with the unit. I understand that a electronic users manual resides withen the TV's computer, I sm 69 years old and would like a paper copy of that manual. I am not nearly as computer savy as my grandchildren! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good TV So far I am happy with this TV. Initially I had issues with volume cutting out. When I worked with LGs customer service they ended my session before my problem was resolved. At the time I was close to returning the TV. However, I stuck with it and resolved my issue. In general I am happy with the TV. Not all apps are available on LG'S platform. HBO Now is not an option, but would be nice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
