This low-calorie smoothie includes some of the freshest produce to start your year on the right foot. Melon, cucumber, and spinach are all high in water, so this smoothie is an extra hydrating way to start your day.
- 1 serving Vega One Nutritional Shake Natural or French Vanilla
- 1/2 cup honeydew or cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 big handful spinach
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
