Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nope. I guess that John Frieda should have different or explore different hair types for those who have Asian hair and have a hard time keeping colour in. I coloured my hair red on Thursday Aug 17th, of course I was advised to not wash my hair so much, so thats what I did. I washed at least three times. My stylist said to invest in a red depositing shampoo, after doing some research, I found this product. Went to the store and bought it, used the next day and I see NO CHANGE. in fact, I even think that its stripping my colour away rather than keeping/enhancing my colour! Very upset, would not recommend.
