Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast paced As the title indicates, I appreciate having a yoga DVD that 1) moves at a fast pace and 2) has five different routines that last about a half hour or less. Not that I would want that for all of my practice but is is good to have on hand as an alternative. Some of the slower paced alternatives that last for an hour or more can get tedious unless one has an abundance of time to spend. Also there is a fair amount, of creativity in the sequence of poses; not just the usual sun salutation, plank, up dog, down dog etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quick-paced These routines are quicker-paced than most of my other yoga dvds, but I wouldn't go so far as "Calorie Killer". There are also some new moves, so being that this is faster paced, it was rather difficult the first time through. But I will enjoy learning something new, and I will be able to accomplish most of them after several tries. Several flexibility moves were more difficult, and will take considerably longer to accomplish, but that is a good thing.

There are so many things I like about this DVD. 1) It gives you 6 different practices (not 5 as it says on the DVD cover), ranging from 15 to 25 minutes. 2) Because the practices are relatively short in length, it's a lot easier to fit into my schedule. I like to fit yoga in before I go to work in the morning. 3) The moves the instructor incorporates are unique and some of them are very challenging and stretch/push my body in new ways. Some have taken me months to "master." I am a fitness instructor who does a lot of high impact cardio as well as strength work. I have struggled with injuries to my joints, especially as I have gotten older. The practices on this DVD,while building strength, also help keep my muscles and joints limber and flexible. And I can chose the practice that best fits my needs for that day. The practice also leaves me calm and relaxed and ready to start my day.
