Brita water jug
Great value, easy to pickup and very good quality! Very prompt service from my local London Drugs.

Makes the water taste good!
You need this in Vancouver. Once you're used to filtered water it's hard to switch back to regular tap. It works great and the black design is really nice. My only complaint about Brita in general is that the plastic is somewhat brittle. It cracks easily if you're not careful. That kind of negates the "reducing plastic waste" selling point imo.

It leaks
I love the look of this pitcher and I have used Brita for years but pitcher leaks at the base. For the price I am super disappointed. I was going to replace it with another one but I see this has happened to others.

unfortunately both of the pitchers have leaked!
We purchased this a couple of years ago and enjoyed the look and taste of the water. It started leaking around the base where small cracks developed so we replaced it. Our second one from the same London Drugs started leaking around the base from the base kind of small cracks in only a few months. There is always water on our counter and staining our wood table. We are hesitant to pay $ 40 with tax to find our 3rd one leaks as well.
Has anyone else experienced these small cracks developing and the subsequent leakage? Is it a design flaw? Or have we just been unlucky and bought two lemons?

In love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was given to me as wedding gift. We drink a TON of water, it has be refilled everyday if not more. I am not complaining about that. We just use it a lot. Love it so much we are talking about a buying a second one or a larger one. We have had ours for over 3 years now!

Pretty good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third or fourth Brita, and have had it a number of yearsI think since 2016). I like the Filter Change Indicator, but about a year ago, it stopped working. So sad! Now, I just change the filter every month, based on how much I use.

simple and good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first Brita filters that I got after about two years of taking it out and put it back in the fridge the bottom did crack a little bit and have the scuff marks so I had to get a new one but not everything lasts forever
