Caramel Apple Smoothie

A caramel apple, minus the sugar and teeth-stuck-together feeling. Enjoy this Caramel Apple Smoothie anytime you’re craving something tart AND sweet.


  • 1 serving Vega One Nutritional Shake Vanilla Chai
  • 4 dates, pitted and soaked
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water
  • Splash lemon juice, optional (use if you like a more tart caramel apple)
  • Cinnamon, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
