The Van Doos: 100 Years with the Royal 22e Régiment traces the history of the Regiment from its creation at the beginning of World War I to its exploits during World War II, the Korean War and its deployment in Afghanistan. This 100th-anniversary box set reflects the NFB’s commitment to highlighting the great historic moments that forged our country. The Van Doos: 100 Years with the Royal 22e Régiment is one of the major works produced by the NFB to commemorate both world wars. The set also features several bonus items: Claude Cloutier’s animated short The Trenches and an assortment of extras.
