- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup soaked almonds
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 serving Chocolate Vega Sport® Performance Protein
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened chocolate powder)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk
- Before you work out, blend until smooth.
- Put in the refrigerator during your workout.
- When you return, enjoy!
