Post-Workout Pudding

Smooth and delectable, our famous chocolate post-workout pudding is a new way to help you refuel after your sweat session. With plant-based protein and nutrient dense ingredients, it's a new way to get what you need after your workout. Don't forget the most important part: the pure chocolate decadence. Blend it before your workout, set in the refrigerator and then enjoy with your training partner when you return! Serves 2.


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega Sport® Performance Protein
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened chocolate powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk


  1. Before you work out, blend until smooth.
  2. Put in the refrigerator during your workout.
  3. When you return, enjoy!
