Hand strap securely attaches to your camera's shoulder lug. Extra webbing tucks into a pocket in the strap pad so it is secure and out of your way.

Designed for DSLRS and mirrorless ILCS. This strap will support even the heaviest pro DSLR with battery grip and zoom lens.

Comfortable and lightweight! JOBY's Ultrafit Layered Pad Technology provides lightweight support without bulk. Hand strap pad conforms to the shape of your hand and doesn't get in the way of camera controls.

Ultraplate attaches securely to your camera's tripod mount. Use the included Allen wrench to completely tighten the screw.

Switch between handheld shooting and using a tripod quickly and easily! No more hassle of unthreading a strap to use your tripod!

Works with all tripods! Ultraplate is built-in Arca-Swiss compatible. You can also use it with any other tripod, like the Manfrotto RC2 system, by screwing that tripod quick-release clip into the bottom of the Ultraplate.

Two additional 1/4-20 mounting holes allow you to use the hand strap with other accessories like camera sling straps, without removing the hand strap or Ultraplate!

JOBY UltraFit Hand Strap with Ultraplate: Camera Strap & Baseplate - JB01277 is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2 year review I'm a wedding photographer that uses a hand strap to support my camera as I hate shoulder straps. The Joby Ultrafit hand strap does provide great support and the included plate is built well. I've mounted it directly on top of a Spiderpro base plate with no issues though it does get clunky with two pieces of metal attached below my camera. The hand strap has withstood the rigors of long shoots in hot and cold temperatures and minus some paint wearing off the bottom of the metal plate, has stood up very well. I very much appreciate the material that is strong yet keeps my hand cool on warmer days! Now for the reason I gave only three stars, I'm constantly finding the straps coming loose and usually find myself re-tightening the straps a few times during my shoots. I do have the camera in my hand for hours on end and nothing's worse than constantly having to tighten the straps. I also have fairly small hands and find that I'm almost out of space where the straps enter back into the hand strap to prevent loose ends from flailing around, something to consider for those with smaller hands. Overall the build quality and materials are fantastic however because I feel the loosening is a critical issue I can only reasonably rate this product with 3 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! This is on my new Nikon D-810. Works with or without the MB-D12 multi-power Battery pack. Makes me feel much more secure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One major problem As have some other users reported here, I had the strap come loose from the buckle. Fortunately, when the top connection of the handstrap to the camera eyelet completely unthreated while I was holding it, I had a firm grip on the camera. Otherwise, the camera would have fallen and likely been severely damaged. I contacted Joby, and was sent a picture as to how to backthread the strap to prevent this from happening again. This seems to have worked, because it has not loosened at all since I did this. I still check each time I pick up the camera that the end of the strap has not moved in relation to the buckle. Other than this problem (which seems to have been corrected) the product works great and allows a level of security that one needs with such expensive equipment.
