London Drugs Limited (“London Drugs”) is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims any and all liability for, any damage, injury, loss, or claim, howsoever arising, in connection with the purchase or operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles ("UAVs", aka "drones") advertised or sold by London Drugs. Purchasers and operators of UAVs are solely responsible for any damage, injury, loss or claim, howsoever arising, in connection with the purchase or operation of a UAV advertised or sold by London Drugs.

TRANSPORT CANADA REGULATES UAVS.

All purchasers and operators of UAVs are solely responsible for identifying and complying with laws and regulations applicable to UAVs. If an operator is relying on an exemption from the requirement to obtain permission to fly a UAV under the Canadian Aviation Regulations, such operator is solely responsible for understanding the exemption and ensuring that it meets all conditions required to qualify for the exemption, including but not limited to: age restrictions, minimum insurance requirements, pilot education and training, and conditions of safe UAV operation.
