A caramel apple, minus the sugar and teeth-stuck-together feeling. Enjoy this Caramel Apple Smoothie anytime you’re craving something tart AND sweet.
- 1 serving Vega One Nutritional Shake Vanilla Chai
- 4 dates, pitted and soaked
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- Splash lemon juice, optional (use if you like a more tart caramel apple)
- Cinnamon, optional
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
