ApneaRx Oral Sleep Appliance is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mixed Feelings - Return or Exchange Policy(90 days) is second to none. - Very Effective and comfortable due to incremental adjustability. Takes down my "Very Severe Sleep Apnea" a few notches. Wife tells me that my snoring is very mild now and to me that means I'm not having apnea events#I think#. My sleep specialist got me on CPAP and encouraged me to try out an over the counter anti snoring oral appliance before investing in the dentist made one, which could cost nearly a thousand dollars or so. I switch between the CPAP and oral appliance depending on my anxiety level at night. High anxiety means I would be wrestling with the CPAP all night, therefore I would go to Oral Appliance route#Comfortable but jaw discomfort upon waking...very mild and short duration#. I sleep well with both but I prefer CPAP more if not for my PTSD and Anxiety disorder that I got from a car accident. - Quality...now this is where it gets confusing. In the last 3 months I've gone through 2 of these devices as it keeps separating on me. What I mean by that is the softer plastic would separate from the hard one and it was always on the right side corner and will slowly but surely run down to the front. Either something is wrong with my jaw#I seriously doubt that# or there's something wrong with the fabrication of this lot...yes they were from the same lot#batch#. Fortunately, there is a way to be sure! I have a third one and it's from the same lot! I got it today Dec.19/2015 and will be formed and used as of tonight and if it's anything like it's brothers and sisters from the same lot, it should call it quits within 2-3 weeks of normal usage#only at bedtime at night#. Funny thing is, at first glance you would think the device is very well made and could pull off its up to 12 months shift...from the looks of the last 2 that I've gone through my hopes for this third one#same lot# is not too promising. I hope I'm wrong as I luv the idea of a "Mandibular Advancement Device#MAD#" and this Apnea Rx seems like a match made in heaven#only brand I've tried# if only it would stick around long enough to warrant the 200 bucks that I spent for it. Well hey, "Third Time is the Charm".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After 5 days I feel I have my solution. After using CPAP machine for 3 years, this is more comfortable, and less cumbersome. I have slept all through the night for 5 nights. Thank you.
