Rated 5 out of 5 by 07506466482 from 07506466482 The best sanitary pad ever....feel so confident and secure even at the gym or sleeping. Just so hard to find in the shops.....especially the night time ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ShanInCA from Your Mattress Will Thank You! Heavy bleeders, these pads are for you! OMG, best pad ever!!! I implore you to try the Always Infinity Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads with Wings. You will find you won't have to do the tampon + pad combo quite as often during the day. You may have to wake up once during the night (heavy bleeders, I know you understand waking up once to change is a restful night). These pads are super soft and TRULY mold to your body. It's almost like having nothing on. Don't let the light weight fool you... these pads have superior absorption! If you're a heavy bleeder (fibroids, PCOS or endometriosis)... give them a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jaclin from I don't like it. I used to buy the pads for 14 plus...not because I'm especially big, but I like to be protected no matter which way I'm sitting, lying, etc. Shorter pads can leak out the front or back depending on my position. So, I got the longer ones for insurance. Problem was and still is that 14 plus either got rebranded or completely discontinued. So, I tried the foam ones. They're long enough to do the job, but to me they're uncomfortable. The blood just sits on the top of the pad for some time before it is absorbed making me feel wet. They're fine for slower days. Initially, I didn't like the bulkiness of pads, but I've gotten used to it and don't feel protected without it, even if I am. I just use two pairs of underwear to keep pads from shifting and it reduces any bulging. I am currently using the overnights until I can find a better alternative.
