London Drugs photo mugs have a white, high gloss ceramic finish and are food and beverage safe. The specially formulated coating provides a high-quality image using dye-sublimation transfers, applied under heat and pressure. The resulting image is long-lasting, resistant to premature colour fading and is dish-washer safe. Our standard Ceramic Photo Mugs come in two sizes – 11 oz. and 14 oz. 

The Latte Mug is a gorgeous ceramic  mug that is tapered towards the bottom it is available in two sizes as well – Large and Small.  The large one holds approximately 14 oz and the small approximately 11 oz.

The espresso mug is a tiny version of the standard ceramic mug designed to hold about 5 oz of your hot beverage

We also have an 11 oz mug that appears black but has your image revealed to you when you add your favourite hot drink. The mug is heat sensitive and the black becomes white from the heat, revealing whatever image has been printed on it.  The image will remain visible while your beverage is hot!

All ceramic mugs come with several options available to make a product that is very unique and practical. They can have a smaller image printed on one side of the mug either to the right or the left of the handle for left or right handed preference, or they can be printed with an image to wrap around the circumference of the mug.

Text can be added to the products. With the small images on one side of the mug the text will appear on the opposite side of the mug. With the wraparound image the text will be overlaid on the image.

Pricing for photo mugs is as follows:

• Text is centered either at the top or bottom edge of the image, as chosen by the customer at time of order placement.
• The image can be applied to face toward you, either when held in your right hand or your left; based on your choice when you order.
• Applied image size will be approximately 3 ½” high for small mug and about 4” high for a large mug. Horizontal rectangular formats will be cropped to a square format for best use of size. Vertical formats will remain vertical rectangular formats kept to the same aspect ratio as submitted. Additional cropping is available on line when you select the product.

Orders requesting photo mugs will be directed to the appropriate London Drugs Special Service lab for completion of all items, then shipped to the chosen London Drugs pick-up location.

For all other locations please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery in Canada. Orders requesting photo mugs are available for completion and in-store pick-up within 24 hours at select locations equipped to do such work. (See above table for those locations.) Mugs are packaged individually, first in plastic bubble-wrap, then in a corrugated cardboard box.
