Your on-line order placement confirmation or order completion e-mail notification must be presented at the pick-up store as proof of purchase. If you do not have a printer, please write down the eStore invoice number and provide it with identification at the pick-up location. The PhotoStation invoice number is listed on the e-mail notification and the online transaction confirmation, which was displayed when you completed your purchase.

The e-mail notification for order completion is triggered when the fulfillment lab marks the order as “completed”. Two types of order completion e-mail notifications are currently generated for on-line orders:

• for orders completed on-site at the pick-up stores, within 24 hours of placement – the order is in the drawer.
• for orders completed in one store and being picked up in another store – the e-mail states the order will be available in 2-5 business days, allowing for shipment via Canada Post between stores.
