To return or refund orders shipped directly to you:

London Drugs offers its customers a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to return a purchase, within 15 days of receipt of your goods, please e-mail ldonline@londondrugs.com or call 1-866-448-1131. A Refund Authorization Number must be obtained prior to shipping the returned items. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 7 business days.

All products must be sent to London Drugs Limited with:

• All original packaging
• All original manuals
• The original London Drugs e-Store Receipt with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on it
• The Returns Authorization Number must be clearly labelled on the outside of the return package and the package addressed to:
