London Drugs presents $7,885 donation to the Saskatchewan Fire Fighters Burn Fund

REGINA, SK (May 14, 2009) - On Thursday, May 7th London Drugs presented a donation of $7,885 to the Saskatchewan Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund, which assists burn survivors in Saskatchewan. The $7,885 was raised from the sale of the 2009 Saskatchewan Professional Fire Fighters Calendar sold at Saskatchewan London Drugs stores. The money raised helps support major burn patients in the province at the province’s two burn units in Regina and Saskatoon.

In attendance at the presentation were (left to right) Buzz Elliott (Morning Radio Host, Z99), Don Olsen, Chairman-Regina SPFFA Burn Fund, London Drugs store manager John Van Koll and London Drugs Photo Lab Manager Jesse Covert-Ruttenberg. The cheque presentation was part of the Annual Fire Fighter Calendar Selection event on May 7th at the Casino Regina.
