London Drugs presents contribution to Canuck Place $150,000 financial gift funds Art Therapy Room at Abbotsford's Canuck Place




VANCOUVER, B.C. (September 30, 2011) - On Saturday, September 24, 2011 London Drugs presented a donation of $150,000 to Canuck Place during a family friendly event in front of the London Drugs in Abbotsford. The three-year leadership gift was given by the London Drugs Foundation to go towards the development of the new Canuck Place Children's Hospice in Abbotsford.

In attendance at the presentation were (left to right), Susan Dearden, London Drugs Store Manager, and Laurie Shopland, Campaign Manager, Canuck Place Children's Hospice. Afterwards members of the store staff joined in the cheque presentation celebration.
