London Drugs Wish List - Terms and Conditions

The London Drugs Wish List is governed by these terms & conditions of use (which includes our FAQ section) as well as the additional terms and conditions which apply to the entire London Drugs website under the heading Legal. By using the London Drugs Wish List, you accept these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Wish List.
London Drugs reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the London Drugs Wish List, following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes.
How To Use Wish List
The London Drugs Wish List allows you to create a list of items that you would like friends and family members to purchase for you. You can create as many lists as you like - one for every occasion including birthday, wedding, Christmas, graduation - or for no specific reason at all. It's up to you.
Please be advised that the London Drugs Wish List does not currently have the capacity to show when a listed product has been purchased.
Length of Time for Wish List
Your personal Wish List will remain on the London Drugs Wish List Site for one year from the date of last use by you or any other person. If you would like it deleted prior to that date, please contact us at ldonline@londondrugs.com.
Ordering
Anyone who wishes to purchase something which you have selected in your personal Wish List just needs to follow the normal procedure for making online purchases at londondrugs.com. All of the standard terms and conditions for online purchases will apply.
Limitations
The London Drugs Wish List (which includes your personal Wish List) is provided on an 'as is, where is, as available' basis. London Drugs cannot guarantee the availability, accessibility or functionality of the Wish List in any respect and may terminate the London Drugs Wish List or remove your personal Wish List from the London Drugs Wish List at any time without notice. London Drugs also cannot guarantee that the products listed on your personal Wish List will be available for third parties to purchase for you at any time, in any quantity or at any price. All users of the London Drugs Wish List hereby irrevocably waive any claims against London Drugs of any nature which directly or indirectly relates to the London Drugs Wish List.
Use of Your Personal Information
The information provided by you to create your personal Wish List is collected and used by London Drugs Limited to publish and maintain your Wish List as part of the London Drugs Wish List on our londondrugs.com website. The information we will collect from you will include, but not be limited to your name, contact information, event date & Wish List items. Some of this information will be displayed as part of your Wish List and members of the public will be able to view it. London Drugs may also use this information if we need to contact you regarding the London Drugs Wish List, your personal Wish List and any related matters thereto, such as changes to or purchases made from your Wish List, to advise you of any fulfillment or delivery matters or for follow up service matters. By creating your Wish List, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out above.
We care about your privacy and will not share your information with other parties except as expressly set out above. Your information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the terms of the London Drugs privacy policy found at Privacy Policy.

In order to create your personal Wish List, you must Accept these terms & conditions where indicated. If you do not Accept, you will not be able to create a personal Wish List.
