1. How do I contact customer support? Our Customer Support can answer any questions you have about our site. Contact us at 1-888-991-2299, or email: ldonline@londondrugs.com.
2. How do I find a Wish List? The email notification that is sent to advise you that someone you know has set up a Wish List contains a link directly to the Registrant's Wish List. Alternatively, you can visit the londondrugs.com site and click on the Wish List link. Once you've accessed the Wish List, click on Find a Wish List and enter the first and last initial of the person whose Wish List you want to find.
3. How do I purchase gifts that are listed on the Wish List? Once you have selected a gift from the Wish List, the normal procedure for making an online purchase through londondrugs.com is followed and all the standard terms and conditions for online purchases apply. Refer to (FAQ #2).
4. Will the Wish List be updated once I purchase an item? At this time, the Wish List is not updated to reflect purchases made.
5. Can I view a Wish List in a London Drugs store? Yes - we invite you to visit us online at our conveniently located in-store kiosks offering internet access to view a Wish List online. Refer to FAQ#2 for how to view a Wish List online.
6. How do I find a Wish List if I don't know the exact spelling of the name? As long as your have the initials, you can still search for the name you want. For example, if the registrant's name is Jane Smith, you can search our site with the letters J and S.
7. Can my gift be wrapped? Gift wrapping services are not available at this time.

10. How will the registrant receive the gift I have purchased online? Should you wish your gift to be personally delivered by you, you can choose to have the gift shipped to yourself. Should you wish the gift to be shipped directly to the registrant, provide the registrants address as the shipping address. Please note that receipts are included in the shipping. 15. How do I select products for my Wish List? Once you have created a London Drugs account, choose a Wish List type i.e. - Wedding, Birthday, etc, select your event date, then shop through the product catalogue to select items for your Wish List.
16. Can I update my Wish List? Yes, you can. Your Wish List is completely managed by you. You can add and delete products through the product catalogue. You can also change quantities, update your event date and contacts list using the Manage Wish List Link.
17. Can I change the event date of my Wish List? Yes you can. Refer to FAQ#3.
18. Can I have more than one Wish List? Yes - this is a great way to help family and friends celebrate ALL the special occasions in your life.
19. What types of Wish Lists are offered? There are several types of Wish Lists identified on our site, including weddings, new baby, birthday, graduation, Christmas and Hanukkah - but if the event you want to celebrate is not on our list - you can add any other special occasion you want.
20. How do I let people know I am registered with a London Drugs Wish List? Our site has a feature that sends email notification of your new Wish List to the people you choose. Once you have created the Wish List, click on Manage Contacts and enter the list of email addresses you want included on your Wish List distribution list. Then all you have to do is click on the Send button. An email notification containing a link to your Wish List will be sent to the family and friends you choose.
21. How do people view my Wish List? If you have added them as a contact for your Wish List, and sent them a notification through the site, they will be provided a direct link to your Wish List. Or, they can visit the londondrugs.com site, and click on the Wish List link, and then click on Find a Wish List, then enter the first and last initials of your name to find your Wish List.
22. How do people purchase gifts that are listed on my Wish List? Once they have selected a gift from the Wish List, the normal procedure for making an online purchase at londondrugs.com is followed and all the standard terms and conditions for online purchases apply. If they do not have an existing account online, they will be directed to the Create an Account page.
23. Will my Wish List be updated once an item is purchased? At this time, the Wish List is not updated to reflect purchases made.
24. How do I add products to my Wish List? If you are working in your Wish List, you can add products to your master list from the product catalogue. Once they appear on the Master List on your Manage Wish List page you can confirm your choices by moving them over to your Wish List and clicking on the Save button.
25. How do I delete products from my Wish List? You can go to your Manage Wish List page and highlight the products listed you want removed from your Wish List, and click the Remove button. These products will be removed from your Wish List, but will still be available on your Master List. If you delete an item from your Master List it will be deleted from all Wish Lists you have created. Don't forget to click on the Save button to make changes permanent.
26. Why do I have a Master list and a Wish List for gifts? The Master List allows you to collect every item that interests you while you shop online. Once you are done, you can select the specific items you want to include on the Wish List you are creating by moving them across. All items you have chosen will remain in your Master List and can be used for any other lists you may choose to create.

28. Can I create a Wish List in the store? The Wish List is designed to be accessed and managed online from the comfort of your home or office. An in-store registration is not available at this time.
29. Does my Wish List expire? Yes - your list will expire after it has not been used for one year or 1 year after the expiry date (whichever is longer) and will no longer be available. Make sure you keep your list active to avoid expiry.
30. Who can view my Wish List? As an online feature, your Wish List can be viewed by anyone on our londondrugs.com site and is searchable on the site through the first letters of your first and last name.
