We ship most orders within 3 business days of order receipt. In the event all products in your order cannot be provided, a London Drugs Customer Service Representative will contact you by phone and or email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking number which can be used to track orders on the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca
Delayed or Damaged orders
In the event an order arrives late or is damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-991-2299 during the following hours:
Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 10:00pm Pacific Time
Sundays and Holidays 9:00am to 8:00pm Pacific Time
