A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be provided. This number is used to return the item to a London Drugs store nearest you or when sending the product back to us via Canada Post.
Most items available for purchase on London Drugs Online Store are refundable, however the following restrictions apply:
- Computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages can only be exchanged for the same item if they are determined to be defective.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, in the event we made an error in your order, or if the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund your shipping and handling charges.
Products being returned for a refund must be received in their original purchase condition and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories, warranty cards and manuals. Note: Missing items could delay the processing of your refund.
Refunds are processed to the original credit card used to make the purchase. All items being returned must be inspected by London Drugs prior to a refund being processed.
