What is Kinetix Living?
The Kinetix® Living program was founded by Jamie and Meagan Brunner, a married couple who were tired of being overweight, out of shape, and tired all the time. After Jamie, who worked in the restaurant business, noticed a split in his pants, he and Meagan decided they needed to make a change to their lifestyle.
“We had slipped into bad habits,” says Meagan, a former school teacher. “We both worked full-time and it was easy to just come home, sit down, and eat something convenient without really thinking what we were doing to our bodies, health and energy levels.”
Together, the Brunners embarked on a journey to rediscover their true selves and start living life to the fullest. In just over one year they went from an overweight, sedentary couple to top-ranked fitness models and personal trainers.
“People began to notice the changes,” says Jamie. “So we shared what we had learned about fitness and nutrition and how we had succeeded where others failed.”

How the Program Works
The Kinetix® program consists of the three basics of a healthy lifestyle: Fitness, healthy eating and support.
“Support is an integral and essential part of any lifestyle change,” says Meagan. “Without it, it is easy to wander off the path and not achieve the goals you have set for yourself.”
Fitness: Thirty minutes a day is all it takes - the same amount of time to watch a TV rerun or read the newspaper. Although 30 minutes daily may not seem like a lot of exercise, the Kinetix® routine is simple to follow and designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time. People who have adopted the Kinetix® lifestyle say the program keeps them engaged, energized and looking forward to their next workout.
The program incorporates cardio and strength training that emphasizes the quality of exercise - not the quantity. You will learn how to calculate your heart rate for cardio and how to properly perform each strength training exercise for maximum impact. By alternating aerobic and strength training for six days, and by changing the exercises themselves, your body and mind will stay engaged and intent.

Nutrition: To ensure that the Kinetix® Living program would be highly effective in helping people lose fat and build lean body mass, the Brunners reviewed hundreds of scientific studies. The result is a nutrition program that will stand the test of time. The Kinetix® program teaches you how to eat the right combination of foods by “K-Balancing” each meal. K-Balanced means that each meal consists of 40 percent carbohydrates, 40 percent protein and 20 percent fat - the precise ratio used by top athletes and fitness professionals to feed muscle and burn fat. To ensure you won’t feel hungry, your program includes five to six meals a day and you are not restricted to specific food groups.
