Directions:
- Pour olives into a container with crushed garlic cloves and a few drops of Tabasco, to taste. Let marinate while preparing pastry.
- Shred the cheese and combine with flour, margarine and seasonings. Knead the dough until well combined.
- Wrap each olive with a small amount of pastry and roll into a neat ball shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
