Magic Cookie Bars
The most popular recipe in Eagle Brand history, this easy one-pan treat debuted in the 1960's. 30 years and many variations later, the Magic Cookie Bar ranks No. 1 with busy moms whose kids don't just gobble them up, but like to make them as well!

graham crumbs |
500 ml |

3/4 cup |
butter, melted |
175 ml |
|
1 can |
Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand |
300 ml |
|
1-1/3 cups |
chopped pecans |
325 ml |
|
1-1/3 cups |
semi-sweet chocolate chips |
325 ml |
|
1-1/3 cups |
flaked coconut |
325 ml |
Directions
- Combine graham crumbs with butter; press evenly onto parchment-lined 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumb crust.
- Top with pecans, chocolate chips and coconut; press down firmly.
- Bake in preheated 350°F oven* for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
*325°F for glass dish
