
Chicken Fajitas

Directions:
- Spray a large pan with nonstick cooking spray and warm over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink inside, about 7 minutes. Add the water and fajita mix. Stir to combine.
- Add the onion and the green pepper and cook until crisp/tender, about 4 minutes.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas; top each portion with 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream and 1 tablespoon salsa. Roll up and serve.
