The liquid inside the teethers may contain viable micro-organisms and, although these micro-organisms are frequently found in the environment and do not generally cause illnesses, the teethers are not in compliance with certain parts of Canada’s Hazardous Products Act.
In Canada, this Safety Advisory affects only the Noah’s Ark by PlaygroTM Toothy Teether Model #111753, with PO #28283 indicated on the tag attached to the product.
In Canada, approximately 7,365 of the Noah’s Ark by PlaygroTM Toothy Teethers were sold nationwide by major retailers and independent retailers from May 2008 through May 2009.
