RICHMOND, BC, February 2, 2009 – Wintertime brings a reduction in sunlight affecting moods and energy levels resulting in a condition commonly referred to as the ‘winter blues.’ Those experiencing the winter blues may experience fatigue, increased carbohydrate cravings, weight gain as well as mood and sleep problems.
