London Drugs will be offering three photography workshops, one for ‘Point and Shoot’ user the second workshop is for the ‘Digital SLR’ user and the third is for the "Video". These new workshops are designed to enhance our Jumpstart DVD experience and assist you in getting the best possible results from your digital camera. Our host is Darren Kelly, The Camera Guy, and he will guide you through the basics of photography giving you the tools to improve your everyday photography.
Each workshop is approximately 3 hours of instruction and interactive activities designed to inform and enhance your experience with your particular camera. You will learn everything from the modes and features of your camera to basic rules of composition and lighting. Our workshop activities will have you out shooting with your camera and afterwards you’ll share the results of your efforts with the group!

• A review of the Menus and Basic shooting tips
• Controlling depth of field
• Composition tips and tricks
• Basic editing with Premiere Elements
and Final Cut Pro
• Making a DVD
