Official Contest Rules (CONTEST CLOSED) 

• To enter complete the official entry form by hand and deposit in the official ballot box at any of the participating Vancouver London Drugs stores. The five participating stores are located at 710 Granville Street, 1187 Robson Street, 1650 Davie Street, 2230 West Broadway and 525 West Broadway.
• No purchase necessary. Official entry forms are available online at www.londondrugs.com/bang, at the Customer Service Desk at any participating London Drugs store and in ads running on July 8, 2009, in the Vancouver editions of 24 Hours and Metro.  Enter as often as you wish provided each entry is deposited during a separate visit to London Drugs. Entries must be deposited in the ballot box no later than the contest closing date: Store closing July 12, 2009.
• Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia  (i) who have not won a London Drugs contest since July 12, 2008; (ii) who have reached the age of majority in British Columbia; (iii) who are not employees of London Drugs and employees of their advertising and promotional agencies, and persons with whom they are domiciled. London Drugs is not responsible for entries that become lost or misdirected.  All entries become the property of London Drugs and will not be returned.
• A random draw will be made on July 14, 2009 in Richmond, B.C. from all eligible entries received. To win, selected entrants must correctly answer the skill-testing mathematical question on the front of the entry, and sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• There are 9 First Prizes and 35 Second Prizes available. Each First Prize consists of 2 VIP Boathouse Dinner Passes and 2 VIP Bathhouse Reserved Seating Passes for the Canada Night fireworks on July 22, 2009. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $250.00. Each Second Prize consists of 2 English Bay Bathhouse Reserved Seating Passess for the Canada Night fireworks on July 22, 2009. The Second Prizes have no retail value. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted.
• Only one prize awarded per household.  Only one prize may be won by any person and in the event that more than one eligible entry in the name of the same person is drawn, the second such and all subsequent such entries shall be discarded.
• Selected entrants will be contacted by phone. No correspondence will be entered into except with the winners, who will be notified by telephone. Winners will be required to pick up their prize at the London Drugs office, in Richmond, B.C., on July 20 or 21, 2009.
• Decisions of the judges in respect of all aspects of this contest, including but not limited to eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question are final.  London Drugs Limited, their advertising and promotional agencies and their respective agents will be free from liability associated with the contest.
