For official contest rules please read below: 

  • 1. With any London Drugs purchase of $50.00 or more between February 3 and 14, 2009, you’ll receive any official entry form. To enter print your name, address, telephone number and age by hand on an official entry form (hand drawn facsimiles, mechanically, technologically or photographically reproduced entry forms will not be accepted) and deposit in the official ballot box at any London Drugs store no later than store closing time on February 14, 2009. 
  • 2. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, get an official entry form at the Customer Service Desk of any London Drugs store. Print your name, address, telephone number and age by hand on an official entry form and attach a handwritten note identifying one item sold at London Drugs that you think would be a good Valentine’s gift. (Facsimiles, mechanically, technologically or photographically reproduced entries will not be accepted). Enter as often as you wish provided each entry is deposited during a separate visit to London Drugs. Entries must be deposited in the official ballot box no later than store closing time on February 14, 2009. 
  • 3. Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba (i) who have not won a London Drugs contest since February 14, 2008; (ii) who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside as at February 3, 2009; (iii) who are not employees of London Drugs, its advertising and promotional agencies, or any family member living with any such employee. 
  • 4. On February 15, 2009, a random draw of one entry will be made at each London Drugs store from all eligible entries received at that store. Each store will provide its selected entry to London Drugs head office in Richmond, British Columbia and on February 21, 2009, London Drugs will conduct a random draw for the prizes from the 69 eligible entries received from the London Drugs stores. To win, selected entrants must have correctly answered the skill-testing mathematical question on the entry form and must sign London Drugs declaration and release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prizes as awarded, releasing London Drugs from liability in association with the contest and prize and consenting to the use of their name, entry, photograph, voice and statements for promotional and publicity purposes. 
  • 5. There will be ten prizes each is a London Drugs Gift Card with a value of $500. Limit one (1) prize to be won per household. Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions are permitted. The standard terms and conditions of London Drugs Gift Cards will apply to each prize. 
  • 6. Selected entrant will be contacted by phone, mail or email. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. 
  • 7. The chances to be included in the final random draw at Richmond, B.C. will depend on the number of eligible entries received at each store. Once an entry is selected from a London Drugs store for inclusion in the final random draw, the chances of winning will be 1 in 69. Decisions of the judges in respect of all aspects of this contest including, but not limited to, eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question, are final. 
  • 8. London Drugs, its advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective agents are not liable to an entrant in any manner relating to the contest or the awarding and use of the prizes. 
  • 9. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the entrant consents to the collection and use of all personal information included on their entry for purposes related to the administration of this contest. The winner also agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their name, entry, voice and statements for London Drugs’ publicity purposes without further compensation. 
  • 10. The right is reserved by London Drugs to terminate this contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the contest, and/or these rules in any way, should any cause beyond the reasonable control of London Drugs or its agents affect the proper administration thereof. 
  • 11. Only one prize may be won by any one person or household and in the event that more than one eligible entry in the name of the same person or household is drawn, the second such and all subsequent such entries shall be discarded. 
  • 12. Ten (10) eligible entries will be drawn. In the event that any eligible entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or is otherwise unwilling or unable to comply in full with these rules, another entry will be drawn to replace such entry.
