Diva for a Day - $1000 Spa Gift Certificate

Official Contest Rules

1. To enter print your name, address, telephone number, age and answer the skill-testing question by hand on an official entry form (hand drawn facsimiles, mechanically, technologically or photographically reproduced entry forms will not be accepted) and deposit in the official ballot box at the Customer Service Department at any London Drugs store.

2. No purchase necessary. Limit 1 prize awarded. Enter as often as you wish provided each entry is deposited during a separate visit to London Drugs. Entries must be deposited in the ballot box no later than the contest closing date: Store closing October 4, 2009. London Drugs Limited is not responsible for entries that become lost or misdirected. All entries become the property of London Drugs and will not be returned.

3. Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba (i) who have not won a London Drugs contest since September 30, 2008; (ii) who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside; (iii) who are not employees of London Drugs or employees of its advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organizations and persons with whom they are domiciled. The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. A random draw will be made on October 19, 2009 in Burnaby, B.C. from all eligible entries received. To win, selected entrants must correctly answer the skilltesting question on the entry form, and sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. No substitution for or transfer of the prize will be allowed and the prize is not redeemable for cash.

5. There will be one prize of a $1,000 Spa Gift Certificate. The spa for which the gift certificate is for will be determined by Sony Canada based on the location of the selected winning entrant. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted.

6. Selected entrant will be contacted by phone. No correspondence will be entered into except with the winner, who will be notified by telephone.

7. Decisions of the judges in respect of all aspects of this contest, including but not limited to eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question are final. London Drugs Limited, its advertising and promotional agencies and the independent judging organization and their respective agents will be free from liability associated with the contest.

8. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, municipal laws & regulations. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph for sponsors’ publicity purposes without compensation.
